This is a Wallace Co. sterling silver, open ended style spoon ring. The pattern is called "Romance of the Sea" and is from 1950.

This pattern is beautiful. The ring is a quite heavy, solid, and sturdy. The backside of the band is thick being 1/2". The inside of the ring says Romance of the Sea.
