DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders are shipped first class with the United States Postal Service unless otherwise stated.
Upon shipment of your package you will receive a shipping notification with the tracking number in your email. This automatically includes insurance. Insurance coverage is provided by Shipsurance Insurance Services, Inc.
I CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN LOST OR STOLEN ONCE THE PACKAGE IS MARKED DELIVERED BY THE USPS.
If you are concern about the package being left, and would like the package to require a signature, please write in the "message to seller" section during checkout.

The customer is responsible for any customs or duties, taxes, on their order.
Please note that some international shipments can be delayed up to 30 days due to customs, so please allow extra time for this possibility.

Most taxes and rates are not extremely expensive, I do want to point out the UK is listed as a shipping location on my shop but please be aware, you will have to pick up your package from the post office and the VAT rate for standard items is 20%.
Here at NotSoFlatware I try to describe things as well as I can with detailed, clear, and vivid pictures, along with accurate measurements, so you know exactly what to expect before you buy it. If something is not clear and you have any questions or concerns about anything you may be interested in, please ask before you buy! I will get back to you in a timely manner.
I would love for you to be happy with your purchase, so if there is an item you are not pleased with, refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase. Returned items must arrive in the same condition they left in. Any damaged returns will be rejected. It is the responsibility of the customer(s) to insure their returned items with their chosen shipping carrier. Once everything is check out and is in great condition you will receive your refund on the purchased item.
