This is a spoon ring made from a Reed and Barton Sterling silver spoon. The pattern is called "Intaglio" and is from 1905.
This ring has a very comfortable fit.
The ring is size 9 but can be adjusted from size 8-11.
If you look closely in the photos you will come across one that shows the original Sterling marking.
