This is a solid sterling spoon ring made from a Stiff Co. spoon. The pattern is called "Repousse" and is from 1892.
This ring has a magnificent detail of flowers wrapped all the way around. the inside is smooth for a comfortable fit.
It is marked sterling on the inside.
