This nautical beauty is an extra large mermaid tail bracelet made from a spoon.
It is made from a R. Baclinton Co. silver spoon. The pattern is called "BLS7" and is from 1870.
The bracelet is a size 7.5 at its smallest point, but is self adjustable to go up in size if needed.
The tail itself is 2 1/2" at its widest point.
As you can see in photo four, it has the original Sterling marking.
