This unique piece is made from a International sterling silver spoon. The pattern is called "Winchester" and is from 1909.
The pendant does not come with a necklace but leather looks nice as well as a simple chain. If you are interested, please contact me for options and pricing.
The pendant is about 1 1/2'' tall and 3/4" wide.
As you can see in photo five, it is marked Sterling on the inside of the loop.
